How to Send Auto Responses to New Twitter Followers

Things You’ll Need:
- Gmail account
- TweetLater account
- Twitter account
Go to your Twitter account and login.
Go to Settings in the upper right hand corner.
Then select the Notices tab.
Make sure the box is checked beside “Email when someone starts following me.”
Click the “save” button.
Next, set up your Gmail account by logging in to Gmail.
Select settings in the upper right corner.
Select the Filters tab.
Select “Create a Filter”
In the From field, type the word “Twitter.”
In the Subject field, type “is now following you on twitter.”
Click the “Next Step” button
Select the button beside “skip the inbox.”
Select the button beside “forward it to” then type in the box beside “email@example.com”
Save the filter.
Set up your free TweetLater account.
Verify the account.
Click the Account tabe and then the Add Account tab.
Click the Continue button.
Fill in your twitter username and password.
Select the box beside, “Automatically send a welcome message to new followers.”
Compose your personal message to new followers.
Select any other twitter options you desire.
Scroll to the bottom and save.
